On East Liberty, as most locals knows, lies a small brunch eatery. Afternoon delight is a well known restaurant that many have come to to grab a small - or even large plate to eat!I enjoyed the atmosphere of family and friends; all smiling faces to help warm my morning (along side my coffee.) The eatery could use some nice, fresh updates, maybe a new coat of paint or carpet - but it didn't take away from my experience at all.Would recommended to anyone in the area willing to try a new breakfast place.

Nice sandwich shop for a quick lunch.I got a turkey nickel sandwich and a peanut butter muffin. Both were great, and myself and my 9 coworkers all got our food in minutes.

When I went here, they were having a cafeteria type breakfast which was a throwback to my high school days. You ordered up front, but grabbed a tray, a carton of milk if you wanted, and then paid for your meal. A waitress would then later bring it to you. The food itself was really amazing; I had the Meat Bowl and it was perhaps the best breakfast I've had in months!

Good American diner food with a relaxed atmosphere. I really liked the biscuits with sausage gravy. Coffee was also surprisingly good and was strong. They serve both lunch and breakfast so if you're with a large group that can't decide between the two this is your spot. Another plus to this place was the booths were very comfy :)

Very busy place, always full for Sunday brunch. I love their food, if you can not finish ordered food can take out the rest. Coffee, tea or apple cider complementary. Accept cash and card both. Stuffs are friendly.

Good food, reasonable prices, friendly staff . I usually get a veggie omelette with a grilled muffin. Cherry muffins (Sunday and Wednesday) are my favorite. The extensive salad bar is always fresh, and can be a meal all by itself.

There's usually a line out the door and around the corner, but it's worth the wait! Tons of options, everything I've ordered has been delicious. Unique specials, soft serve, good coffee.

I've only been here once for brunch, but it was really good. I got the smoked salmon eggs benedict and it was fantastic. Our server was really friendly and the service was fairly quick considering we were there on a Saturday and there were a ton of people. The place was packed the entire time we were there and the line was practically out the door. This isn't a place I frequent since I don't live in the area, but I would definitely go back.

I heard their muffins are famous, but I never tried them. What I really love though is their meat boule. It's just so AWESOME! Ever since I tried their meat boule, I just fell in love with it, seriously. Their corn bread is good too. Since I have only been here for 3 times, I didn't try a lot of their other food. But I will definitely recommend this place to people!

I have been to virtually every brunch/breakfast restaurants in Michigan, and despite trying different places I would still give this place a five star. First of all, which is also the most important, their food quality is always great and consistent. If you have never been to this place before, I would recommend you to try out their famous salmon eggs benedict. It is by far the best egg benedict I have ever eaten. Second, the owner of the place is very friendly, and they offer gift card option where you can buy a $100 giftcard for 85. I found this a great deal because I am usually very busy working and don't have much time to prep for food. Lastly, the place is clean and the environment is cute. I wouldn't say it is the best environment among different restaurants, but overall this place is just great for values + quality you get.

I've been coming to Afternoon Delight for over 20 years everytime I'm in Ann Arbor. You walk in, grab a tray, are greeted by friendly staff, pick out a great sandwich and drink and get a trip to the well stocked and fresh salad bar. The food is great and the service is fast. I recently had the Super Club, pictured here and it was very tasty. The portions are ample size and I often cannot finish my entire sandwich and take 1/2 home for later.

A great breakfast place.The restaurant is very busy so you might have to wait for a table to be available. I ordered a potato pancakes with smoked salmon and poached eggs. This was very tasty and it reminded me with Eggs Royale I used to have in London.I also ordered coffee which was not the bestI recommend this place for a nice breakfast downtown Ann Arbor.

They catered an all day meeting IΓ’β¬β’m currently at and itΓ’β¬β’s NOT GOOD. Stale bread, low quality meat, not-fresh-tasting veggie wraps. Flavorless pasta salad. .... Go with KatherineΓ’β¬β’s catering instead! (We had KatherineΓ’β¬β’s last time and it was awesome.)

Pretty cheap food and great order to table time even though itΓ’β¬β’s in the middle of downtown Ann Arbor. I got the veggie eggs Benedict and was not disappointed. The eggs were poached perfectly too. Most places either over or under do them, but this place was spot on. Deff worth the visit if youΓ’β¬β’re in town.

Been coming back to to this place with my brother to have brunch. Love everything they make, especially the potato pancakes, blueberry pancakes, coffee and waffles.
